The actor from 'The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story' shares his workout essentials.
One of the most anticipated TV events of the year is probably FX's The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, which made its debut last night. The 10-episode miniseries focuses on the 1995 courtroom drama of former football star O.J. Simpson, as he stands trial in the murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. One of the major players during the trial was prosecutor Christopher Darden, who's portrayed by Sterling K. Brown (some viewers might recognize him from the series Army Wives). And while athleticisn't the first word you might use to describe Darden, the actor who plays him is very fit. (In fact, we're told he shows off his abs in an upcoming episode.) Here, Brown—an avid gym-goer and basketball player—gives us a peek inside his gym bag.
