So, when it's time to celebrate the new season, who better to host a spring dinner party than a florist? Our pick is Ariana Lambert Smeraldo, the owner of Lily Lodge. Her chic floral shop is located in Los Angeles, but is named after Smeraldo's family retreat, Lilee Lodge, in north woods of Wisconsin. Fans of Lily Lodge flock to the flower shop known for its elegant, simple flowers delivered in vintage vases and recyclable boxes—a décor decision Smeraldo uses in her own home, too. We asked Smeraldo to gives us a preview of what her spring dinner party would look like.

"For my spring dinner party, the menu would be Vichyssoise and salmon purses, which are salmon, haricot vert, cherry tomatoes, shallots, and white wine wrapped in parchment. I usually put out olives and sesame cashews with dried cranberries on the bar to snack on. And for dessert, homemade blueberry ice cream."

"I scored a vintage silver punch bowl and matching punch cups at an estate sale, so I'll be using those to serve cucumber basil vodka champagne punch. And wine will be an additional option, of course."

"The table will feature my hand-painted Puiforcat china and my oversized Irish linen napkins. Arrangements from Lily Lodge will be sprinkled throughout my home, of course, but my guests will also enjoy a table runner featuring Japanese magnolia and lemon blossoms cut from my trees."
