Grainy mustard vinaigrette

This four-ingredient dressing is mild in flavor and extremely versatile.

“Since whole grain mustard isn’t as spicy as Dijon, you can use it more liberally.” says New York City-based recipe developer Laura Rege. “the whole seeds add a nice element to a salad dressing.”

1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon grainy mustard
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt



Whisk together the vinegar and mustard in a small airtight container. Slowly add the oil while continuing to whisk. Add two teaspoons water. Season with salt and whisk to combine, then store in the fridge.
